1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing eliterenosupply.ca or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least [18/19] years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in your province or territory of residence.
3. PRODUCTS & PRICING
3.1 Product Descriptions
• We strive to display product colors, textures, and finishes as accurately as possible.
However, actual appearance may vary due to monitor settings, lighting, and natural material variations.
• Dimensions, thickness, and specifications are listed per product. Minor tolerances (±2-3mm) may apply.
3.2 Pricing & Taxes
• All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes (HST/GST/QST) unless stated.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are confirmed at the price listed at time of purchase.
3.3 Availability
• Product availability is updated regularly but not guaranteed until order confirmation.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without prior notice.
4. ORDERS & PAYMENT
4.1 Order Acceptance
• Your order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we send an order confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including: product availability,
pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept: E-TRANSFER, WIRE TRANSFER FOR BULK ORDERS.
• Payment must be received in full before order processing begins.
• For e-transfer/wire: orders ship only after funds are confirmed.
4.3 Order Changes & Cancellation
• Contact us within [24] hours of order placement to request changes or cancellation.
• Once an order enters production or shipping, changes may not be possible and restocking fees may apply.
5. ORDER FULFILLMENT
5.1 Pick-up at Store Location.
• For special delivery contact store.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or force majeure events.
6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
6.1 Standard Returns
• Unused products in original, unopened packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase or delivery and be accompanied by the original invoice.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
• A restocking fee of [10-15]% may apply to returns.
• Some Products such as UV Marble Sheets, Chipboards, Flex Stones, Embossed Sheets and LED Strip Lights and LED Covers are FINAL SALE and are non-refundable / non-exchangeable.
6.2 Non-Returnable Items
• Custom-cut panels, samples, and clearance items are final sale unless defective.
• Installed products cannot be returned.
6.3 Refund Processing
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method immediately in-store or within 2 business days of receiving a return shipment. Note: refunds may take longer to appear on your credit card statement.
7. INSTALLATION & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
7.1 Professional Installation Recommended
• We supply materials only. Installation is the sole responsibility of the buyer or their contractor.
• We strongly recommend hiring a certified installer familiar with our products.
7.2 Preparation & Handling
• Follow provided installation guides. Improper handling, cutting, or mounting voids product warranties.
• Acclimate panels to room conditions for 24-48 hours before installation.
7.3 Limitation of Liability
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Reno Supply Corporation shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Claims arising from improper installation, modification, or use
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
• All content on eliterenosupply.ca (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by Elite Reno Supply Corporation or used with permission. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
• These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
• Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
• If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.
11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT & SEVERABILITY
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Elite Reno Supply Corporation.
• If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
